Alexandria Marble Restoration is a limited-liability owner-operated business that was founded by Todd and Amy Brown in 2000. We have been servicing northwest Ohio for the past 25 years. Our market has expanded into the Columbus and surrounding areas.
Experience
Todd spent his teens detailing and painting yachts in Port Clinton. The opportunity to learn marble restoration presented itself in 1994 and he never looked back. He gained experience in the field working as a manager/machine operator/Master Craftsman for the 2 largest franchises in the country before striking out on his own.
He traveled to various cities east of the Mississippi River including Milwaukee, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta, Charlotte South Carolina, Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Lansing, Cleveland, and Lexington Kentucky learning the trade. Amy joined him on a few of his travels learning and working alongside him.
After his experience working for other companies and learning (mostly what not to do), he knew people deserved better and Alexandria Marble Restoration was born. Todd no longer travels around the country, instead focusing only on Ohio.
We focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Every job must pass Todd’s quality assessment that he uses to rate his work. Sometimes his perfectionism and attention to detail isn’t so great for the bottom line, but his clients greatly appreciate it!!

Our focus is on residential interior stone restoration and historical properties. Even though his favorite jobs are restoring old churches and mansions, Todd enjoys any job that makes a noticeable difference and puts a smile on his clients faces when he is finished.
